What does the deposit cover?

The deposit covers the cost of 3 guest. The balance can be paid the day of the event.


Do guest that are not making the cake have to pay?

No, the payment goes toward whoever is participating in decorating a cake.


Will I be charged a service fee?

Yes, we have a required service fee depending on the amount of guest attending your event.

10-12 guest: $50 per group — 13-16 guest: $60 per group — 17-24 guest: $80 per group


Can I bring food / drinks?

Yes. We have a 1 five foot table, 1 side table and a cooler where you can place your food and drinks for the event.


Is liquor allowed?

Yes, liquor is allowed for guest over the age of 21.


Do you provide a cooler?

Yes, we have a cooler in our studio where you can place your drinks. We do not provide the ice.


Can I order food for delivery?

Yes, you can order all types of food to be delivered to our location.


When are there open classes?

Open classes are scheduled for holidays and important days of the year. You can find our open class schedule on our online reservation system once you click a “Book Now” button in the “Book and Event” tab.


What are your cake designs?

We have a selection of cake designs in the “Cake Design” tab where you can choose from. However, you are not limited to those designs. You can send us any design that you would like and we will accommodate the difficulty for your event.


Are the cakes gluten-free?

No, our cakes are a non gluten-free recipe.


Are the cakes peanut-free?

Our cakes are peanut free; however, they are made in a non peanut-free kitchen.


What happens if all my guest don’t show up after confirming the amount of guest?

You are responsible for paying the amount of guest you reserve and confirm for.


What is minimum / maximum amount of guest to have a private event?

Minimum is 10 guest and maximum is 24 guest.


What is the minimum age requirement?

Minimum age is 5 years old.


How long are the events?

The cake decorating is 2 hours. The host has an extra 30 minutes prior to the event to set up any food / decorations they may have. Host also has 30 minutes after the event to pack up any of his/her belongings. Therefore, the time slot is a total of 3 hours.


How can I / my guest pay?

We accept cash, credit card, debit and apple pay.


Do you provide the aprons?

Yes, we provide the aprons for the use in our studio. Personalized aprons are also available to purchase for the guest to take home. You must call a week prior to the event to place an order for personalized aprons.


Do you provide boxes for the cakes?

Yes. After everyone is finished decorating, we box for cakes for you to take home.


What are the flavors of the cake?

Our two flavors are vanilla and chocolate. We always serve half vanilla and half chocolate. However, you can special order the cakes to be all vanilla or all chocolate at the time of booking.


What events can I celebrate?

You can celebrate all types of events. We have previously celebrated birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, team bondings, family reunion, gender reveals and holidays parties.


Is extra time available for my event?

Our events are a total of 3 hours. You can add extra time to the event upon request for $120 per extra hour ONLY if the time slot after your event is available.


Do the events have music?

Yes, we have a speaker for your use. You can also bring your own speaker.
